How does the “Try at home” service work?
- Choose up to four frames. Click the button ”Try at home” on the product page of each frame you’d like to try.
- When you’ve chosen your frames, go to ”My basket” in the upper right part of your screen. If you’re happy with the selection, click the ”Continue” button.
- Enter your user details to log in to your account. If you’re not a registered user yet, you can register or make your purchase as a guest user by clicking ”I’m New” and following the instructions.
- Our ”Try at home” service is completely free, but we do need to use your credit card to take a security deposit. The amount corresponding to the value of the glasses that we send to you will be blocked (not charged) in your account and will be automatically unblocked when you return them.
Can I keep the “Try at home” glasses?
No. The frames you receive with the ”Try at home” service are samples. You’ll need to return these, then make a new order on our website for your chosen glasses.
How do I return the “Try at home” sample glasses?
To return a Try at home package, you have a timeframe of 2 working days, from the time of delivery of the product.
What do I need to do to return a Try at home package?
- Place all pairs of glasses (including the ones you’ve chosen) inside the Try at home box.
- Put the Returns form inside the package.*
*If you’ve lost the form, you can download a copy from the orders section on your online profile. If you haven’t registered yet, send us an email to returns@kaleoscollection.com with your full name and order number so that we can send you the corresponding returns form.
- Send returns@kaleoscollection.com the collection address and wait for our confirmation.
- Deliver the package to the agreed location on the agreed date.
- Once we receive the item, we’ll check to ensure that it’s in the same condition as when it was dispatched and that it contains all the elements detailed in the section above.
- Once the check is complete, we’ll send the final product and unblock the deposit.
Kaleos reserves the right to reject any returns that are communicated or sent after the fixed timeframe has elapsed, or any products that are not in the same condition as when they were received. In these cases, the full price of the goods will be charged.

What happens if I don’t return the glasses?
If you don’t return all of the ”Try at home” frames, you’ll be charged for those that haven’t been returned.
What happens if my glasses are stolen or I return damaged products?
Although they are samples, the glasses are sent in optimal conditions to be tried on. In the case that they are broken, damaged or stolen for any reason beyond Kaleos’s control, you will be charged the equivalent value of the product.
