Refund policy
You have 15 days from receiving your order to return the item.
You can process your return through our returns portal and drop it off at a parcel shop.
If none of the parcel shop options work for you and you need a home collection, please contact us at returns@kaleoscollection.com and wait for our confirmation.
Deliver the item to the agreed location on the agreed date. The package must contain:
— The item being returned must include the seal tag.
— Kaleos packaging and accessories
Once we receive the item, we will check that it is in the same condition as when it was dispatched and that it includes all the elements detailed above.
Once the inspection is complete, we will refund the full amount.

€15 / $15 for Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Andorra
€80 for all other countries outside the European Union
