How do I shop?

- Select the product and add the item to your basket. Next, you can either keep shopping or proceed to checkout.
- If you’d like to proceed to checkout, you can do so either as a registered user or as a guest.
- Choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your order.
Guarantee
- The guarantee is valid for two years from the date of purchase. To use your guarantee, you must have the product and the proof of purchase with the date on which the glasses were bought from an authorised Kaleos distributor.
- Kaleos’ lenses have a high level of optical precision.
- The frames are made using specially developed materials to simultaneously guarantee lightness, comfort and mechanical strength. The hinges, nose pads and temples must also pass strict controls that determine the overall quality of the frame.
- All frames are covered by a limited guarantee, so, in the event that the frames have a manufacturing fault, our technical team will confirm and replace the frames, where necessary. However, the guarantee does not cover faults caused by: Accidents or wear and tear caused by inappropriate use. Alterations, repairs or handling not carried out by an authorised Kaleos agent.
- This guarantee does not affect the statutory rights according to national laws governing sales in each country.
Warnings
Do not look directly into the sun or at solar eclipses, even when protected by the glasses. Do not use the glasses as protection from sources of artificial light or as protection against impacts or shocks. Breakage of the glasses may cause injury to the face or eyes. It is not advisable to use sunglasses for driving in low visibility or at night.
Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the glasses using soap and water. Avoid the use of solvents or alcohol. Do not use dirty or abrasive cloths that may alter the characteristics of the filters. Only use original accessories and parts.
Storage
Store in the case, in a dry place between -10°C and +35°C.
