• Inform by sending an email to returns@kaleoscollection.com of the address and time of collection and wait for our confirmation. The possible time slots are as follows:

• Deliver the item to the agreed location on the agreed date. The package must contain:
  • The item being returned
  • Packaging and accessories of Kaleos.
  • Return form. You will find it inside the packaging when you receive your order, you can also download it with the link that appears in the 'Orders' section of your account, (if mislaid, you can request a copy from returns@kaleoscollection.com)
• Once we receive the item, we will check to ensure that it’s in the same condition as when it was dispatched and that it contains all the elements detailed in the section above.
• Once the check is complete, we’ll refund the full amount via the same payment method used to make the purchase, average 10-14 days.

Try at Home

The Try at home service lets you choose up to four frames to try at home over two days, completely free of charge. All you need to do is choose the frames you would like to try and add them to your Try at home Basket by clicking the ”Try at home” button

What’s the difference between a registered user and a guest user?

If you’re a Registered User, your details will be saved in the Kaleos personal data files. That means that every time you visit our site and want to make a purchase, check the status of your order or see your order history, you can log in using your Username and Password. If you’d prefer not to have your details saved in our database, you’ll only need to provide us with your personal details so that we can deliver your order. However, you won’t be able to access your order history or view the status of your order outside of the delivery company’s platform . Also, every time you make a new purchase you’ll need to enter your details again.
